As provided by the Ministerial Decree of 28 April 2017 (opens in a new window), which approves the Operating Regulations of the “Sinis Peninsula – Mal di Ventre Island” Marine Protected Area (Italian Official Gazette of 17.05.2017, No. 113), together with the subsequent Supplementary Disciplinary and related Penalties (approved by the Municipality of Cabras with Resolution (G.C.) no. 120 of 24.06.2026), in order to carry out certain activities within the Marine Protected Area a prior authorisation issued by the managing body is required.
