The Municipality of Cabras, as the managing body of the Marine Protected Area “Sinis Peninsula – Mal di Ventre Island”, is the competent authority for Environmental Impact Assessment (V.Inc.A.) procedures relating to plans, programs, projects and activities within the MPA perimeter, pursuant to D.P.R. 357/1997 (as amended by D.P.R. 120/2003) and applicable regional regulations.
