In the low stretches of the coast there are sandy beaches and quartz grains to which much of the fame of the Sinis of Cabras is owed. The high stretches, the cliffs, overlook the sea like a natural belvedere facing Mal di Ventre Island, to the north, and the Catalano rock, to the south.
