The measures relating to the use of the maritime state property of the Marine Protected Area “Sinis Peninsula – Mal di Ventre Island”, also with reference to works and state concessions pre-existing to its establishment, are governed according to the zoning provided for in the regulation, in the following ways:
in Zone A, no measures relating to the use of the maritime state property may be adopted or renewed, except for those requested by the managing body for
reasons of service, safety or scientific research;
in Zone B, the measures relating to the use of the maritime state property are adopted or renewed by the competent regions or local authorities in agreement with the managing body, taking into account the characteristics of the environment being protected and the founding aims;
in Zone C, the measures relating to the use of the maritime state property are adopted or renewed by the competent regions or local authorities after consulting the managing body, taking into account the characteristics of the environment being protected and the founding aims.
The provisions set out in article 10 – Maritime State Property of the decree updating the marine protected area remain in force.

I provvedimenti relativi all’uso del demanio marittimo dell’area marina protetta «Penisola del Sinis – Isola di Mal di Ventre», anche in riferimento alle opere e concessioni demaniali preesistenti all’istituzione della stessa, sono disciplinati in funzione della zonazione prevista nel regolamento di disciplina, con le seguenti modalità: in zona A, non possono essere adottati o rinnovati provvedimenti relativi all’uso del demanio marittimo, fatta eccezione per quelli richiesti dal soggetto gestore per motivi di servizio, sicurezza o ricerca scientifica;
Zone B
Regulated
in zona B, i provvedimenti relativi all’uso del demanio marittimo sono adottati o rinnovati dalle, regioni o dagli enti locali competenti d’intesa con il soggetto gestore, tenuto conto delle caratteristiche dell’ambiente oggetto della protezione e delle finalità istitutive;
Zone C
Regulated
in zona C, i provvedimenti relativi all’uso del demanio marittimo sono adottati o rinnovati dalle regioni o dagli enti locali competenti previo parere del soggetto gestore, tenuto conto delle caratteristiche dell’ambiente oggetto della protezione e delle finalità istitutive.
