Pending clearance from the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security on the 2026 Supplementary Regulations (Disciplinare Integrativo), all professional fishing authorisations issued in 2025 are extended and remain valid.
As for the other activities, the Marine Protected Area is awaiting the necessary ministerial approval and will update users as soon as the relevant authorisations can be issued.
