By resolution of the Municipal Council no. 190 of 09.08.2019, the new Supplementary Regulations (Disciplinare Integrativo) to the Implementation and Organisation Rules (REO) of the Marine Protected Area were approved.
They contain significant changes to the rules on anchoring and mooring. From 1 June to 30 September, craft authorised for short-stay mooring with an overall length of 7 m or less have 74 anchoring points available, marked by white buoys. Craft longer than 7 m will have the short-stay mooring buoys located in the areas identified in the regulations.
There are changes to the rules on underwater education and seawatching too, with a route identified between Torre Vecchia and La Caletta.
